Established in 2018, Fujian Tianfu Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of RMB 700 million. Jointly built by Fujian Dell Technology Co., Ltd. and a Taiwan technical team, we are a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of semiconductor-grade electronic chemical materials.Our 360,000-ton annual output semiconductor-grade electronic materials project is a key provincial project in Fujian Province with a total investment of RMB 1.26 billion. Scheduled for full completion and operation by the end of 2025, the project will position us as one of the production bases with the most complete product portfolio and highest-end quality of wet electronic chemicals in China and even Asia.

SemiMatex is a high-tech enterprise specialize in the research, development, production and sales of semiconductor-grade electronic materials. In addition to semiconductor-grade wet chemicals, we will also produce semiconductor-grade gas like tungsten hexafluoride and nitrogen trifluoride within three years. We will continue to serve existing customer needs in other electronic industries such as panels, new energy, photovoltaic,etc., but also updated our products with time. With the development of the global integrated circuit and optoelectronics industry, the demand for wet electronic chemicals will continue to rise.
